Water Quality FAQ

Water quality is just as important to HAWC,  as it is to our customers. Check our frequently asked questions page or ask a question of your own.

Service Line Flushing

Flushing, which may be required at times, allows a larger than normal quantity of water to flow through the service line, allowing it to be cleansed.

Outdoor Watering Policy

This policy is effective YEARLY for ALL Water Systems.  A watering ban may be effective in addition to this policy.

Conservation & Protection

Conserving water helps to avoid the considerable expense of developing new water supply sources, and ensures that we will continue to have adequate supplies to service our customers.
